The architectural project includes the renovation of a dealership for the implementation of a Petz store. In addition to having products for dogs, cats, fish, birds, rodents and other pets, the unit has an aesthetic center with bathing and grooming service and Seres veterinary clinic, with structure for surgeries. The store area stood at 2748.12m² with 825.30m² of sales area
