Petz Paulo Fontes is located in a historic building, listed by IPHAN and is part of a complex of factories belonging to the Carl Hoepcke & Cia company that were recently restored in the historic center of Florianópolis.

Eng Since it is a listed building, the architectural design guidelines followed IPHAN regulations such as a lighter facade color, size and detail of specific advertisements, preservation of existing frames and gaps. The concept of external lighting was entirely based on the guidelines of the enterprise.

The building has an area of ​​1401.71m² and has a store with a mix of products for pets, an aesthetic center with a bath and grooming service, and a veterinary hospital complete with operating room, x-rays and hospitalizations. In addition, we also have parking for customers with spaces for cars, motorcycles and bicycles.
