Petz located on Avenida Nossa Senhora de Nazaré in Belém do Pará, the architectural project includes a store and a 24-hour veterinary hospital in 3765.36m². Sales hall: 752.06m² / Beauty center: 59.85m² / Hospital: 452.19m²

One ​​of the main challenges in this project was the renovation of a building with a facade listed by the historical heritage that was inside the land and that housed the veterinary hospital.

Another challenge was the difference in the level present in the project and the solutions designed to reduce the impact and maintain harmony in the final result.

The execution also included a completely new section where the store was implemented with bathing and grooming services, pet products and a large underground parking lot for customers.
