Approval of the Architectural Project, Sanitary Project, Advertising, sidewalks and PPCI of the Restaurant of the McDonald's Network with the City Hall of Lajedo. Assistance from the design of the project through the technical feasibility of implementation, raising the necessary requirements for approval in the Municipality of Lajeado as well as verification of the specific peculiarities of the property such as zoning, construction indexes and permission of use.

Installation of a new McDonald's Restaurant with 580.00m². Protocol and follow-up of the processing of projects in the various secretariats of the city hall of Lajeado, aiming at the best relationship so that the project was approved in an agile way. The whole process took place in two months. The project and Issuance of the Fireman's Permit had a partnership with Ravanello Engenharia and the Effluent Treatment project had a partnership with Évora Engenharia.
