evo2b completed the renovation project at the Beltrame Maranhão unit, located in Santa Maria/RS, with a focus on modernizing the operation, improving the shopping experience and strengthening the brand identity.
With 875 m² of total area and 716.90 m² allocated to the sales area, the project was developed based on the architectural concept of the Beltrame chain, adapting its guidelines to the specific characteristics of the region, the profile of consumers and the operational needs of the unit.
The proposal sought to preserve the elements that guarantee brand recognition, while at the same time creating a new cluster within the chain, allowing the store to meet local demands without losing visual and functional consistency.
Supermarket renovation with a focus on customer experience
The intervention included the complete modernization of the sales area, reorganizing strategic sectors to improve customer circulation and highlight important categories of the operation, such as fruit and vegetables, butchers, bakeries and frozen foods.
Sectorization was reinforced through architecture and visual communication, facilitating consumer guidance and contributing to a more intuitive shopping experience.
Commercial architecture aligned with brand identity
Materials used include the use of existing exposed brick, woody coverings, ACM and finishes that help to build a contemporary, welcoming language aligned with the positioning of the unit.
In addition to the sales area, the project included the creation of new administrative and sanitary spaces, bringing more efficiency to the operation and better conditions for employees.
Project highlights
The renovation of the Maranhão unit demonstrates how commercial architecture can contribute to strengthening brands, optimizing operations and creating more attractive environments for customers and teams.
