Petz is a chain of stores in the Pet Shop segment, operating throughout Brazil. It has the services of an Aesthetic Center, Veterinary Clinic, as well as a store with a wide variety of products for all types of pets. We have been working with the chain since 2015, developing the standardization process and working on brand expansion projects through the delivery of executive projects for stores of the most varied sizes and deployment locations.
The store has a total constructed area of approximately 4,550 m², with 1,265 m² of sales area. In addition, it has Seres, a complete veterinary hospital from offices to exams and surgeries, including ICU. The development also has a hotel. In this project, we used a pre-molded structure, making it possible to optimize the construction time, and a domus system on the roof, bringing natural lighting to the interior of the building. On the façade, the lightness of the glass generates an interesting composition with the brand's traditional colors, yellow and blue. We have the collaboration of partners from the companies Sistema Engenharia, Optare Engenharia, Potencial Engenharia, Simon Engenharia, Gramtop Topografia e Georeferencing, Alumminium 3D, Comfort Lux, Luminae and Cauê Costa 3D.
