The store has 1849m², with 875m² of sales area, with a beautiful double height ceiling. In addition, the unit also has Seres, which is Petz's veterinary center.
A precast store with concrete panel closure, metal roof and metal structures with white paint, interior walls in drywall. Covered parking with elevator access to the store.
The parking lot has 21 car spaces and 4 motorcycle spaces. The project was all done in BIM, in Revit
