evo2b was responsible for the architectural and visual communication design of Pátio Guadix, a commercial development with approximately 6,500 m².

The project was developed with a focus on strategic commercial architecture, prioritizing urban visibility, clear reading of the complex and enhancement of retail operations. The volume and design of the facades were designed to strengthen the presence of the development in the surrounding area and ensure the stores stand out.

In addition to architecture, evo2b also developed the entire visual communication system, integrating signage and identity into the architectural project. This approach creates a more intuitive experience for the public and reinforces space efficiency, essential characteristics in retail and open mall architectural projects.
