New mall in the south zone of Porto Alegre will have an investment of R$ 40 million

The new mall that is being built in the south zone of Porto Alegre will have an investment of BRL 40 million. As the column reported recently and now got more details, the development is on the corner of Juca Batista and Serraria avenues and will be called Pátio Guadix.

Partner at PLDA - the company that develops the mix of stores and sells the spaces -, João Lopes de Almeida confirmed that the Bistek supermarket has signed a contract and will be the largest in the Santa Catarina chain in the Rio Grande do Sul market, in addition to the São Paulo pharmacy João and the McDonald's new model drive thru. For the remaining 10 points, units of the pet shop Petz, Casa do Papel and Casa Maria are being traded.

Almeida adds that there will be 200 direct jobs in the enterprise's operation. It is expected to be ready in the second half of 2023. The building will have panels for generating solar energy and a system for reusing rainwater for irrigation. There will be 250 parking spaces.

The architectural design is by Evo2B. The construction company that manages the works is TecPlan. Rounding off the trio is PDLA, which is completing five years on the market. To mark the date, it brings to the board of directors the entrepreneurs Marcelo Maisonnave, founder of XP; João Sammarone, partner at VBI Real Estate; and Lucianne Canto, from 4CINCO.
