Issuance of License for Internal, External and Facade Renovation with the execution of an Elevator for a McDonald’s Restaurant with the City Hall of Porto Alegre. Assistance from the design of the project through the technical feasibility of implementation, raising the necessary requirements for approval in the Municipality of Porto Alegre as well as verification of the specific peculiarities of the property such as zoning, construction indexes and permission of use.

Renovation of a McDonald’s Restaurant with 1,156.25m². Study and use of the laws of Porto Alegre that allow the issuance of a license on the spot without the need for a protocol and project analysis. Consultancy and processing of Advertising license. Processing time for renovation license: 15 days from the moment of hiring.
